Minecraft 1.12.2 wont start if the forge mod folder has the Optifine and Replay Mod in it. It works without optifine, and works on 1.8.9. However, I NEED the version to be 1.12.2 and I NEED Optifine. I have tried downloading older versions of Replay Mod and Optifine, but it still crashes when the mods are together.
The Replay Mod requires Minecraft Forge to be installed. For the use with the Replay Mod, we recommend using Forge Version 1.8-11.14.3.1450, which can be downloaded here. Other Forge Versions might, but don't necessarily work. If you don't know how to install Forge, follow this tutorial.
Apr 12 18, 09:33 PM. If your resource pack has custom fonts and you have optifine installed, that might be the issue. Optifine has (and had) a few issues with HD fonts, removing them from the resource pack might fix the problem. Otherwise, install this mod (drop it into your mods folder).
I am a new Replay Mod user and just installed Replay Mod v1.12.2-2.1.2 with Forge 1.12.2-14.23.2.2611. I am also using Optifine 1.12.2 HD U D1. The mod loads and shows up as well as initiates a recording when world is loaded, all looks fine until I try to load a replay.
I chucked the latest Replay Mod release for Minecraft 1.12.2 into the mods folds, hit play, and then hit play on the launcher. A couple of seconds later the launcher comes back reporting a crash. I'm not looking for a fix but would appreciate one if it does come around.
