It was sold to the Ohio Theatre, Inc., a non-profit management board in 2004, and sold again in 2009 to United North, formerly known as the Lagrange Development Corporation, a non-profit community development corporation. United North went out of business in 2019. The Ohio Theatre was purchased by Children's Theatre Workshop (CTW) in Nov 2020.
