Hamilton Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Hamilton in Madison County, New York. The district contains 155 contributing buildings and one contributing site. Most of the buildings are residential, but the district also includes commercial structures, churches and public buildings.

New York State Route 10 (NY 10) is a north–south state highway in the Central New York and North Country regions of New York in the United States. It extends for 155 miles (249 km) from the Quickway ( NY 17 ) (Future Interstate 86 ) in Deposit, Delaware County to NY 8 at Higgins Bay, a hamlet in the Hamilton County town of Arietta .
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the village's total area is 2.7 square miles (7.0 km 2), of which 2.5 square miles (6.5 km 2) are land and 0.2 square miles (0.5 km 2), or 7.15%, are water. [ 2 ] Snowfall is the most notable aspect of the area's climate, which is typical of central Upstate New York in the vicinity of Syracuse.

Hamilton Mountain is a 3,215-foot-tall (980 m) summit located in Adirondack Mountains of New York. It is located in the west-northwest of the hamlet of Wells in Hamilton County. In 1909, a wood fire lookout tower was built on the mountain. In 1916, the wood tower was replaced with a 50-foot-tall (15 m) steel tower.
