David Mann (() September 10, 1940 — () September 11, 2004) [2] was a California graphic artist whose paintings celebrated biker culture, and choppers.Called "the biker world's artist-in-residence," [5] his images are ubiquitous in biker clubhouses and garages, on motorcycle gas tanks, tattoos, and on T-shirts and other memorabilia associated with biker culture.
Waterloo Bridge is an 1820 riverscape painting by the British artist John Constable. It depicts a view of London looking eastwards towards Waterloo Bridge, which had opened three years earlier. [1] Also visible are notable other London landmarks including Somerset House and Saint Paul's Cathedral. In the foreground are waterman and bathers.

Though this painting was made too early to be included in her record book, page 18 in that book representing sales for the year 1943 showed that she priced her paintings by size: "a picture measuring 6 1/4 by 8 inches is listed as having been sold for $2; one measuring 11 1/2 by 13 3/4 inches brought $5; and one 23 by 26 3/4 inches brought $15."
