Clinton County is a county in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 United States census, the population was 79,128. [2] The county seat is St. Johns. [3] The county was created in 1831 and organized in 1839. It is named after early American politician DeWitt Clinton [citation needed]. [1]

Fowler is a village in Clinton County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,226 at the 2020 census. The village is located within Dallas Township.
Victor Township is located in eastern Clinton County and is bordered by Shiawassee County to the east. Larger water bodies in the township include Round Lake, Lake Victoria , and Lake Ovid , which is part of Sleepy Hollow State Park .
