I have a book, given to me by my father, that he bought in the 1960s called 101 Elephant Jokes. Every elephant joke the Gong Show contestant told came from that book, almost word for word. I remember seeing this on syndication many years ago and knowing all the answers to the jokes before he gave the answers.
