Jane was first published by Norman Pett, on 5 December 1932 as Jane’s Journal – The Diary of a Bright Young Thing, Pett drew her until 1948.

Collin Lee is a minor character in Diary of a Wimpy Kid and a main character in the 2010 film. Collin is the kid that Rowley replaces Greg with after they stop being friends in the first book.
