The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Urdu: جامعہ زرعیہ فيصل آباد), (formerly: Punjab Agricultural College and Research Institute), is a university in the city of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Iqrar Ahmad Khan was born on 8 December 1950 in Sheikhupura District, Punjab, Pakistan. [1] He received his master's degree from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad in 1976. [1] Then he left for the United States for higher studies and earned his Ph.D. degree in horticulture from the University of California, Riverside in 1988. [1] [2]
