Joseph Gerald DeCamara (born April 26, 1978), nicknamed "The Hammer", is an American sports radio host for 94.1 WIP in Philadelphia. He currently serves with Jon Ritchie as a co-host of the station's morning show. DeCamara previously worked as a host at WBCB 1490 and 97.5 The Fanatic, along with hosting nationally syndicated shows for ESPN Radio.

He has also served as a weekend host on CBS Sports Radio. A graduate of Bloomsburg University, Fritz was a pitcher on their baseball team.
With schedule changes in 2012, McDonald left 1050 ESPN Radio. He would return to 94.1 WIP in the summer of 2011 filling in weekday nights. September 22 he moved back to WFAN 660 AM/101.9 FM hosting the 10:00am–12:30pm shift. He currently hosts The Final Out following Phillies games and fills in various slots on WIP in Philadelphia.
