An office was established at 25 Buckingham Palace Road, London and The Boy Scouts Association of the United Kingdom International Commissioner, Hubert S. Martin, was appointed as honorary director.

For years there was an active Boy Scouts of the United Nations with several troops at Parkway Village in New York City , with but 14 members in 1959.
