Golden Hour: Part.2 is the eleventh extended play (EP) by South Korean boy band Ateez. It was released on November 15, 2024, through KQ Entertainment , RCA Records , and Legacy Recordings . It consists of six tracks, including the title track "Ice on My Teeth".
Ateez (Korean: 에이티즈; RR: Eitijeu, stylized in all caps) is a South Korean boy band formed by KQ Entertainment. The group consists of eight members: Hongjoong , Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho.
Commercially, the album debuted atop the Gaon Album Chart, becoming Ateez's second number-one album in South Korea. Ateez promoted the album with a series of live performances on the Golden Disc Awards and various South Korean music shows. The band also announced The Fellowship: Map The Treasure World Tour in support of the album series.
On October 24, 2018, Hongjoong officially debuted as the leader of KQ Entertainment's first boy group, "Ateez" with the debut EP Treasure EP.1: All to Zero.[7]From March 2020 to November 2024, Hongjoong released songs by artists that he covered and interpreted in his own style (adding his own lyrics and arranging) under the project name "BY.
On May 13, Ateez released the title poster of the EP's title track, "Work". [2] The next day, the group unveiled the tracklist of the EP which consists of six tracks including the title track. Ateez later released the Fever album series in four instalments. Their July 2020 release Zero: Fever Part.1 was the first to be certified platinum by the Korea Music Content Association. The next EPs, Zero: Fever Part.2 and Zero: Fever Part.3, were both certified double platinum in 2021.
The World EP.Fin: Will sold over 910,000 copies in its first day of availability in South Korea according to the Hanteo Chart. [4] The album debuted at number one on the Circle Album Chart, selling a combined 1.6 million copies of its two charting versions in South Korea in its first week.
