Estate records from January 20, 1950 to the present can be found in the Delaware County Probate Court. Some of the records are on On-Base (since 2003), some can be located on microfiche and some are on microfilm.
Filter the results by selecting the case type, case status, and party type if necessary. Then click Search. Case Number: Type the Case Number (including any spaces that may be present, then click Search. Criminal, Civil, and some Domestic Relations Cases require spaces as displayed below.
