Turp is the worst procedure you can have. If it was so great they would have had come up with other procedure. My urologist will not do them unless it is a last resort. Find something else to have done. To many side effects and some men have given up sex after because it is not the same.

Did not have urgency before. They put me on Flowmax for 5 days, but cannot stay on that as joint pain was side effect to having taken it in past and why having this procedure. I'm wondering if the procedure collapsed partly or wholly due to ER catheter without using pain killer before inserting or my stream is just weal due to inflammation.
