Chief Delphone D. Hubbard became the fourteenth Chief of the Little Rock Fire Department in January 2018. Prior to joining the Little Rock Fire Department he served for twenty-two (22) years with the City of Memphis (TN) Fire Services, rising to the rank of Division Chief.
