Chorus UK (styled Chorus Choirs) is a large professional choir performing with the community and based in Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, and Birmingham, England. The choir is managed by Andy Booth Presents, formerly Fono Productions, and the musical director is Andy Booth.
The choir's vocal coach, Polly Beck, studied at the RSAMD (now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), and later the postgraduate opera course at the RNCM, for which she won an entrance scholarship. Beck returned to Scotland to work with Scottish Opera, and has performed as a soloist with several UK orchestras, and in many festivals.
The Parliament Choir, also known as the UK Parliament Choir and the Choir of the UK Parliament, is the choir of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.Founded by Simon Over with the support of Geoffrey Filkin, Baron Filkin in December 2000, it is made up of members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords and staff who work at Parliament.
Kibblewhite founded and also directed a number of choirs in the south-east of England, including: Coro 94, which Kibblewhite founded in 2014. This chamber choir of 25-30 singers are currently active (as of 2020), and perform many concerts per year in the UK and in Europe. Coro 94 began as an 'alumni' group of Cantate Youth Choir.
