Land O' Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pasco County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida MSA . As of the 2020 US census, the CDP had a population of 35,929.

Sunlake High School is a public high school in Pasco County, Florida, located off Sunlake Boulevard and State Road 54 in Land O' Lakes, Florida. It is adjacent to Charles S. Rushe Middle School, both of which opened on August 20, 2007. Sunlake did not open with a senior class.
Besides the gap between SR 56 and SR 581 in Wesley Chapel, County Road 54 is a county extension of SR 54 south of Dade City. It begins at County Road 579 (Morris Bridge Road) west of downtown Zephyrhills and runs north in a short overlap with that road until it curves east, and runs east along Eiland Boulevard, while CR 579 continues north along Handcart Road.
