Sinners is scheduled to be released in the United States on April 18, 2025. It was previously scheduled for release on March 7, 2025, but was delayed to April (swapping dates with Mickey 17) to allow for more time needed in post-production due to the scarcity of film stock labs for the project, which uses IMAX film cameras.
The first three films were shot back-to-back, and were released on a weekly basis as Netflix Original Films in July 2021 to positive reviews. The series will continue with a fourth film, Fear Street: Prom Queen, scheduled to be released in 2025.
