The Walker Building is one of the original buildings in the downtown area (others are the Santa Fe Depot; the Hoke Building, the Selph Building, the Citizens Bank Building, the Courthouse) in Stillwater. Built in 1914, it is a two-story red brick, 32 feet wide.
The Payne County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States.Built in 1917, it is constructed of red brick and stone. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Payne County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.As of the 2020 census, its population was 81,646. [1] Its county seat is Stillwater. [2] The county was created in 1890 as part of Oklahoma Territory and is named for Capt. David L. Payne, a leader of the "Boomers".
