Richard Westall Rogers Jr. (born June 16, 1950), known as The Last Call Killer, is an American serial killer. After being acquitted for the murder of a college student in Maine , he moved to New Jersey , where he murdered and dismembered two gay and bisexual men in 1992 and 1993.

He was the founder at Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners , previously known as the Richard Rogers Partnership , until June 2020.
