Lakeside Village is an open-air shopping mall located on the southern side of Lakeland, Florida, in the United States. Located off the Polk Parkway at Harden Boulevard, it is classified as a "regional mall" by the International Council of Shopping Centers , [ 1 ] and it draws shoppers from much of the Lakeland metropolitan area.

Lakeside is a private community and census-designated place in Danbury Township, Ottawa County, Ohio, United States, on the shores of Lake Erie. [2] It was formed in 1873 by members of the Methodist Church and remains a church-affiliated vacation resort and United Methodist Annual Conference site.
Belk closed its doors later in the same year, coinciding with the opening of a new Belk location in Lakeside Village. [6] The vacant space left by Belk was filled by a Burlington Coat Factory in the fall of 2007. [7] Dillard's ceased operations in 2012, consolidating its presence to the former Maison Blanche store. [8]
Lakeside Marketplace was then considered complete, with a total of 76 stores and restaurants in 269,300 square feet of space. [9] According to the Kenosha News in 1990, most customers at Lakeside Marketplace came from out of town, particularly the Chicago area, and few Kenosha residents shopped there. [10]
