Nateva Music & Camping Festival was a four-day, multi stage, limited capacity outdoor camping festival held July 1–4, 2010 at the 100+ acre Oxford Fairgrounds in Oxford, Maine. The festival featured headliners moe., The Flaming Lips, and Furthur. Lotus headlined "early bird" activities on Thursday, July 1.
As the event is held during July, the road conditions are often dry and dusty. In 1994 the Maine Summer Rally was added. The event ran as a 60% National/Divisional and as a full National event starting in 1995. In 1996 an in-town spectator stage was added to the summer event to the delight of the spectators.

The Bowdoin International Music Festival is an annual summer music school and concert series that takes place in Brunswick, Maine. Founded in 1964 as a program of Bowdoin College, it has operated as an independent nonprofit organization since 1997. [1]
The 33rd Annual Great State of Maine Air Show which took place in 2008 was expected to be the last, as Brunswick was expected to be closed by the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure process. [1] A record number of 150,000 people showed up for the two-day event. [2] The Base was officially decommissioned on 31 May 2011 with an onsite ceremony.
