Fighters Megamix (ファイターズ メガミックス, Faitāzu Megamikkusu) is a 1996 fighting video game developed by Sega AM2, a crossover between Sega's 3D arcade fighting games Virtua Fighter 2 and Fighting Vipers, with unlockable characters from several other AM2 games such as Virtua Cop 2 and Daytona USA.
The term "Actua" is a (seemingly marketing-related) play on Sega's line of "Virtua" titled games, which included Virtua Fighter, Virtua Racing and Virtua Striker. [ 1 ] The first game in the series was the 1995 milestone title, Actua Soccer , which quickly became one of the most important titles for the company.
