Clifford Gerard Parker, known as Gerard Parker (July 24, 1936 – December 1, 2012) [1] was the 23rd Principal Chief of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians for 16 days in 1995.
Dugan retired from LB Foster in 1990 and spent over 15 years volunteering his time and talents for Christian organizations located throughout Northern New Jersey. He was active in the Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, the Diocese of Paterson and the Archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey. Dugan died at his home on July 3, 2007. [1]

At inter-county level, Duggan first appeared for Cavan as part of the minor team that lost back-to-back Ulster MFC deciders in 1964 and 1965. He immediately progressed to the under-21 team, while he also lined out with the junior team. Duggan made his senior team debut in 1966 and won Ulster SFC medals in 1967 and 1969. [2]
