Mountain Brook High School (MBHS) is a three-year public high school in the city of Mountain Brook, Alabama. It is the only high school in the Mountain Brook School System. The school's colors are green and gold. Its athletic teams are known as the Spartans. MBHS competes in AHSAA Class 6A athletics. [4]
