[12] In 2010, Coca-Cola once again used the song in a television commercial featuring the entire line of its sponsored NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers. The commercial included the drivers singing the song while driving in a race. [13]
The song was performed by the five-piece band Sandwich and a music video was created to it as well. It was never released as a single. In May 2009, the Coca-Cola Company launched the Open Happiness in the Middle East markets, and an Arabic language-version of the song was recorded by Lebanese pop icon Nancy Ajram, called "Eftah Tefrah".
