Shujaat Bukhari (25 February 1968 – 14 June 2018) was an Indian journalist from the former state of Jammu & Kashmir, and was the founding editor of Rising Kashmir, a Srinagar-based newspaper. Bukhari was also the president of Adbee Markaz Kamraz, a cultural and literary organisation in Kashmir.
