A new evil awakens to seek revenge for their fallen master and wreak havoc across the galaxy. Galvatron's Revenge is a 3D animated fan based project. We're looking to mimic the syle, feel, and excitment the Transformers Prime universe started. Our story will continue to progress along the awesome story line, bring new characters to the mix, and ...
After having been buried under ice during Headmasters, Galvatron is years later resurrected by some evil entity and reborn as Super Megatron (and then later, Ultra Megatron) in order for him to fight Star Convoy. And in Japanese G1 continuity, the Actionmaster and G2 eras follow that. Like x 1.
Kingdom Galvatron is a great CHUG figure, and the best mainline Galvatron figure ever released. But there are a few things about him that bugged me: 1. His head is too long and too cone-shaped. 2. The bottom of his helmet seems to sit too low and be too square. 3. The mouth sculpt looks off.
The herald of Unicron blasts his way into the Generations Selects line with this special edition figure! This Galvatron figure is inspired by the classic 1986 toy release, featuring comic-inspired deco. Includes 2 weapon accessories and the classic green Matrix of Leadership accessory on a chain that can be worn around the figure’s neck.
This is just a mini-review that goes over differences between the Legacy and Kingdom versions of Galvatron. The main obvious difference is that all the "battle damage" has been removed. Granted, the way it was done on the Kingdom version didn't make a whole lot of sense, and sometimes, less is more. The "battle damage" marks have been removed ...
Behold, Galvatron! This is the 2nd redeco of the Kingdom Leader Class Galvatron figure. In addition, this set also includes 3 Transformers: The Movie ships and 14 slug figures for the Unicron stand (which is NOT included). This will not be a full review as this figure is a redeco: goal is to mainly go over comparisons and show various pictures.
I have always been a rather big fan of Galvatron as a character. His insanity in the G1 cartoon alongside his immense strength made him quite the formidable foe. Not only that, his insanity also led to a numerous amount of humorous moments. For example, the time Cyclonus tried to take Galvatron to a mental hospital in the season three episode ...
It's seems that they changed their designer, OP and Galvatron look incredible, let's hope that their manufacturing techniques and QC have improved too. I'm hoping. Who knows if/when the UT version is supposed to drop, but all the reviews I've seen for their previous offerings worry me about stability issues.
As of right now, Sovereign is the best choice for an MP Galvatron. Big Cannon (essentially an embiggened, improved, and de-headmastered Titans Return Galvatron) is the best choice for a Galvatron that scales with PotP Rodimus Prime. But, PotP Rodimus is too big for the current Siege/Earthrise/Kingdom figures, and Mania King is the best ...
The tank was nearly perfect as is. Just added a peg to the bottom. Aside from the 3D printed parts, I jazzed him up a little with some vinyl sticker stuff. Some yellow on his biceps to evoke Energon Galvatron, and some neat shimmery pink on a few spots just for fun.
