Jelena Karleuša was born on 17 August 1978 in Belgrade, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia.She is the only child to Slovenian-born journalist and radio host, Divna [] (1958–2019), [6] and Belgrade-born police captain, Dragan Karleuša (b. 1947).
The monastery is located near Kovilj, a suburban village of Novi Sad.It is situated just south of the village at the point where the Special Natural Reserve "Koviljsko-Petrovaradinski Rit" begins, a wetland in the valley of the Danube, stretched along its left bank.
