1,205. Aug 31, 2021. #4. I use pocket slips for anything natural but usually just throw micarta users in the pocket. Micarta can still be scratched and wear but it's less fragile overall. I don't really keep any of my knives with my keys regardless of material, traditional or not.

This little beauty has been everyday in my pocket for almost two months. Made by The_Iron_Joe from BladeForums, a nice, true and upright fellow. It adds a lot to the knife experience. Consider it. And by the way, 2020 has been a swell year, knifewise. Lots of new stuff, kitchen knives (one is still on its way) and fixed blades.
Weight wise, it’s probably between the nano 5 & 10 weight. Now, if you want some ULTRA viscous oil... high speed micro ball bearing oil is where it’s at. Or check out ZPI F-Zero oil. (but honestly, that stuff is overkill for knives, regular Daiwa oil is perfect).
