EastEnders Xtra was an interactive entertainment series based on EastEnders. It was first available to viewers in February 2005, which coincided with the 20th anniversary of EastEnders. Lofty was one of the original twenty-three characters invented by the creators of EastEnders, Tony Holland and Julia Smith.
