Marc Ribot (/ ˈ r iː b oʊ /; [1] born May 21, 1954) is an American guitarist and composer. His work has touched on many styles, including no wave , free jazz , rock , and Cuban music . Ribot is also known for collaborating with other musicians, most notably Tom Waits , Elvis Costello , Vinicio Capossela and John Zorn .
The Allmusic review awarded the album 4½ stars out of 5 with Matt Collar stating, "the pugilistic, stylistically expansive third album from Ceramic Dog, guitarist/singer Ribot's punk-infused trio with bassist/singer Shahzad Ismaily and drummer/singer Ches Smith.
