The original St. Augustine campus was located in downtown in San Agustin Historical District in Laredo, Texas. During the mid-1970s the school was relocated. Through 1999 the school was under the control of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Corpus Christi.

Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod, also referred to by its acronym CSA-B, is a private, Catholic coeducational basic and higher education institution run by the Augustinian Province of Santo Niño de Cebu, Philippines of the Order of Saint Augustine in Bacolod City Negros Occidental, Philippines. It was founded by the Augustinians in 1962.
The church was built between 1914 and 1915 and named San Agustín, after Augustine of Hippo who is traditionally considered the patron saint of the Puerta de Tierra neighborhood. The convent and school were officially founded on December 8, 1915. At the time, was the only church in the island that conducted daily services in English. [2] [4]
The school is one of the most diverse in the Philippines in terms of nationality, with 11% of the student population coming from over 40 countries. In 2016, the school began the first Bolivian technologic school project. It included a project to obtain the ISO 9001 academic quality management system for education and will last until 2020.
