This is a list of neighborhoods in St. Petersburg in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. Many of the city's neighborhoods have been renamed, redefined and changed since the city's founding in 1888. As such, the exact extents of some neighborhoods can differ from person to person.
NOHO West is a mixed-use complex in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. Developed on the 25-acre site (10 ha) of the former Laurel Plaza regional shopping mall, the development includes residential units, commercial offices and pedestrian-oriented shops and restaurants. [1] Groundbreaking for NOHO West began in April 2017. [2]

The building's primary tenant is currently the Art Institute of California-Hollywood. NoHo 14, a 180-unit, fourteen-story apartment building, was built in 2004 as one of the first large-scale developments in the neighborhood. The historic North Hollywood train depot at Lankershim and Chandler Boulevards was restored in 2014 for $3.6 million. [1]
St. Petersburg businessman Bill Edwards bought the complex for $5.2 million in September 2011, and announced plans to revitalize the complex. [4] It has since undergone extensive renovations and two name changes. Edwards dubbed the new project "The Shops at St Pete". [5] On February 19, 2014, the complex was publicly renamed Sundial St. Pete. [6]

The Kenwood Historic District (also known as Historic Kenwood) is a district located in St. Petersburg, Florida U.S.A. It was designated on August 4, 2003, and is located immediately west of downtown, bounded by 9th Avenue North, 1st Avenue North, 19th Street North (adjacent to I-275) and 34th Street North. It contains 2,203 historic buildings. [1]
