CBBC logo (14 March 2016 - 14 March 2023) On 14 March 2016, CBBC rebranded with a new logo that was similar to BBC Three's then-current logo, dropping the logo that had been used for the last eight and a half years. New idents were introduced, a range of live action and animated ones which consists of everyday situations in the modern era.
CBBC has had a relatively similar presentation to that of its strand counterpart. The logo has consistently remained the same until 2016 as the service; green coloured blobs at the beginning of its life and the green and white logo used from September 2007 to March 2016.

The yellow blobs were also seen in BBC Kids' then-current idents. They directly oppose the CBBC blobs, as these blobs are gentle in their actions and to look at, whereas the green CBBC blobs looked more outgoing and violent—one of the CBBC idents at the time involved karate. Like CBBC, CBeebies rebranded with the new BBC logo on 15 March 2023.

In 1971, a new softer logo was made, rounding off the boxes and making the spaces between the boxes larger. This logo was used on BBC merchandise, as well as the BBC1 idents and the BBC2 clock. More now than ever, merchandise was being branded with the logo, as more productions were being sold via the BBC's American identity, Lionheart Television.
