Georgie Ripper (born London, 1977) is a children's book illustrator, who is best known for her work on the Rainbow Magic series of fairy books. She won the Macmillan Prize for Picture Book Illustration in 2000 with My Best Friend Bob and Little Brown Bushrat which she authored and illustrated. [1]
Look at the back of any Rainbow Magic book published in the UK. Notice how they group anything not already part of a select group (Example, Ocean Fairies) into the special edition category. The only ones that don't show up are the One-Offs (Hannah, Kate, and Elizabeth), whose books are only published at one point, and then are never released again.
