Port St. John is a census-designated place located between Titusville and Cocoa in Brevard County, Florida. The population was 23,474 at the 2020 United States Census, up from 12,267 at the 2010 United States Census. [5] It is part of the Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
