This is a list of landmark buildings in the Cameron Highlands, a hillside station in Malaysia. During the colonial era, the Cameron Highlands was a haven for those who were homesick. At present, it is a stopover for those who want to escape from the heat of the lowlands. Over the years, there have been many improvements at the province.

Brinchang is the second largest township of Cameron Highlands, situated on a gently sloping plateau about 2 km after Tanah Rata or 3 km before Kea Farm. While relatively small in spread compared to Tanah Rata, Brinchang is the densest in development - a tourist hub with local flavours and style.

Federal Route 59, or Jalan Tapah–Cameron Highlands, is a 90 km federal road in Perak and Pahang state, Malaysia. It was the main route to Cameron Highlands , Pahang from Tapah , Perak, before the second route Second East–West Highway was built in 2001.
