Uncle Ruckus (great-uncle) Uncle Ruckus (born July 4, 1939) is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the American animated sitcom The Boondocks . Voiced by Gary Anthony Williams , he first appeared on television in the show's pilot episode on November 6, 2005.
