LaVilla is a historic African American neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida and was formerly an independent city. It developed after the American Civil War and was eventually annexed to the city of Jacksonville in 1887 and is now considered part of downtown.

La Villa is a city in Hidalgo County, Texas, United States. The population was 2,804 at the 2020 United States Census . It is part of the McAllen–Edinburg–Mission and Reynosa–McAllen metropolitan areas.
Villa Park eventually became the largest commuter customer for the railroad. Villa Avenue Train Station closed on July 3, 1957, due to the decline of the CA&E. On August 22, 1986, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today the station is the headquarters of the Villa Park Historical Society Museum.
