The history of Olympic volleyball can be traced back to the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, where it was an unofficial demonstration event.Its addition to the Olympic program, however, was given only after World War II, with the foundation of the FIVB and of some of the continental confederations.
Sepak takraw, or Sepaktakraw, [1] also called buka ball, kick volleyball or foot volleyball, is a team sport. It is played with a ball made of rattan or plastic between two teams of two to four players on a court resembling a badminton court.
