Ticket Tool is a bot for Discord. 👌 Ticket Tool - Ticketing without clutter. Support, Sales or Suggestions Ticket Tool can do it all. Ticket Bot.
Most ticket bots do the same things. Although some do not archive tickets. I recommend using top.gg to find Discord bots, it's a very useful site. You can probably find alternatives to Ticket Tool there if that's what you're interested in. I recommend you just experiment with different bots until you find one you like the most.
Hey guys. New to this thread. I help run a discord server for mine and my friends DayZ server. We are having issues with @everyone not being able to use the ticket channel. Our admins have confirmed this with using the @everyone role through settings to see the channels. I'm just not sure how to get @everyone to be able to use the ticket channel.

I've researched different kinds of ticket bots and I figured maybe this subreddit can help. I've had said bot before but I just can't remember what it was called. I don't exactly remember if it was just server setup or dashboard but it had different buttons that you can select (or customize) also, it's not a tickets bot. I've tried that as well.
On the ticket said to contact will_support81 which is apparently discord security corporate head. When doing so you are greeted by a "man" called Will Tan (Support) who for a "human" sends paragraphs of text quite fast. The discord friend also constantly "Helping you" through the whole process.
I cannot seem to get any bot that uses a / command to work, I've checked every permission that the bots request and they are all correct. I've even given them every single permission but the bots all state "This interaction failed" and I've even tried removing the bot and reinviting.
Necro-posting on this for future web searchers: I had this identical issue via a `select` menu that was displaying the "interaction failed" message even after the user would successfully select a correct option, and it turns out the solution was that I needed to use the .update() function afterward to edit my message in response to the user's selection instead of using the .edit() function.
Tickets and Ticket Tool seem to be the two major ticket bots, so what are the main benefits and drawbacks of each? Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
Discord.js Ticket Bot Hello, im trying to make a bot for tickets but I cant seem to find much help. Im unsure of what package to use and how I would save transcripts similar to how the TICKET TOOL bot does... any help with anything to do with ticket bots would be appreciated :)
