The second Managed hotel was taken over in year 2015, in East Delhi, The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. [5] In 2021, the group further expanded its portfolio with three new hotels; The Leela Palace Jaipur, The Leela Gandhinagar and The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru. [6] There are plans to open new hotels in Hyderabad, Sikkim and Agra. [7]
The Tyler Hotel opened in 1910 at Third and Jefferson Streets in Louisville, Kentucky, and for many years it was the only major hotel in the northern part of downtown. The hotel became the Earle Hotel in the late 1940s and then the Milner Hotel in the early 1960s after its new owner, Earle Milner.
Columbia Sussex began operation as Columbia Development in 1972 with the construction of a single Days Inn location in Richwood, KY. Rapid expansion followed and by 1978 the company was renamed Columbia Sussex and was the largest Days Inn franchisee with 14 locations many with restaurants named after the founder's wife, Marty.

The Frankfort Convention Center was a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Frankfort, Kentucky, USA. It hosted locals sporting events and concerts. It was opened as part of the Capital Plaza urban renewal project in the 1970s. The arena's original name was the Farnham Dudgeon Civic Center. In January 2018, demolition on the facility started. [1]
