After SWAT arrests them and their hacker, the mob amps up the game and goes after the last car themselves with abducting Whip, who Street befriended during his undercover assignment in season 1. Ultimately they manage to save Whip and take down the mob, preventing them from stealing the car and regaining the heroin.
