Tsai Chin (Chinese: 蔡琴; pinyin: Cài Qín; Wade–Giles: Ts'ai 4 Ch'in 2; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Chhoà Khîm) is a pop and folk singer from Taiwan. Tsai sings in both Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese Hokkien .
On August 7, 2004, Tsai launched her first world tour, the J1 World Tour, at Hongkou Football Stadium in Shanghai, China. [4] The tour lasted for one year and nine months, with a total of 8 performances across 7 cities worldwide, concluding on April 22, 2006, at Bren Events Center in Irvine, United States.

Tsai Chin was born on 1 September 1933, [2] in Tianjin (Tientsin), China, where her father was on tour. She is the third daughter of the Peking opera actor and singer Zhou Xinfang (1895—1975) and Lilian Qiu (AKA Lilian Ju; 1905–1968).
On August 13, 2010, Tsai released her 11th studio album, Myself. [3] On August 26, 2010, she revealed plans to launch a new concert tour around Christmas. [4] On November 6, 2010, Tsai officially announced that her third world tour, titled Myself World Tour, would begin on December 24 at Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan.
