The Canadian Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters Council (CTTIC) (or, in French, the Conseil des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes du Canada) is a federation of provincial and territorial associations representing translators, terminologists and interpreters (collectively known as "language professionals") in Canada.
This includes all schools run by a Francophone (French language) school district, and all schools with a full French immersion program. It doesn't include schools which happen to offer French as a second language (since that is the norm). Also, for a school to be included, it must offer course instruction in French in all key subject areas.
Virtually all students who have finished a program in one of these schools, would be assumed to be fluent in French (and would often be fluent in French before attending). This a top-level category, which should only have sub-categories. Individual schools should appear in the appropriate provincial sub-category.
