The 2024–25 V.League 2, known as the Gold Star V.League 2 (Vietnamese: Giải bóng đá Hạng Nhất Quốc gia Bia Sao Vàng 2024–25) for sponsorship reasons, will be the 31st season of V.League 2, Vietnam's second tier professional football league. The season is scheduled to begin on 26 October 2024 and ends on 25 May 2025.

The V.League 1 (Vietnamese: Giải bóng đá Vô địch Quốc gia Việt Nam, lit. 'National Football Championship'), also called LPBank V.League 1 for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional football league in Vietnam, controlled by the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF).
Mỹ Đình Stadium held the opening ceremony of the 2009 Asian Indoor Games from October 30, 2009, to November 8. In December 2010, it held Group B of 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup from December 2 to December 8. The stadium hosted sections of the 2021 Southeast Asian Games, in particular the opening ceremony, and football and athletics events.
