The boys' and girls' water polo teams at Mechanicsburg have only been a varsity sport for a short amount of time compared to their other sports teams since their acceptance to the varsity lineup in 2003. The team practices five days a week after school in the Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School Natatorium.
