The Centre for Foreign Relations is one of the high learning institutions in Tanzania. The CFR was established in 1978, as a result of an agreement between the governments of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Republic of Mozambique. The Centre has been incorporated in Immunities and Privileges Act No. 5 (1986).

State University of Zanzibar (SUZA) is a public university located in Mbweni ward of Mjini District in Mjini Mgaharibi Region of Unguja Island in Zanzibar, Tanzania. [1] The university was established by an act of House of Representatives of Zanzibar in 1999 and became operational in 2002.
