St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli (SJC) is a Catholic college in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 1844 by the Society of Jesus and it is regarded as one of the most prestigious institutions in India. It is an autonomous college and is an affiliated first-grade college of Bharathidasan University.

The forerunner of the St. Joseph's Convent schools was St. Ann’s Convent Schools which the bishop established with the help of the sisters of St. Joseph of the apparition from France. On 1 April 1862 he opened St. Joseph’s Convent School, an English Medium School for girls, the first of its kind in the Malabar region.
The campus of Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli is located on a 172.27 acres (69.72 ha) land on the Tiruchirappalli-Pudukkottai highway. [2] The ₹ 584 crore (US$67 million) campus consists of student hostels, faculty residences, a library, recreational facilities and Executive Residences. [3] [4]
The institute was shifted to a new campus located off MG Road, Bangalore in 2016 and it was inaugurated by Mr Rahul Dravid, the former captain of Indian Cricket team who himself was an alumnus of St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School and St. Joseph’s College of Commerce. [3] [4]
