If you cannot remember 5 domestic numbers, the I was told that "supervisor will verify with email and any other info on account". I still think Mint Mobile security is really bad, but this is at least something. To port your number you need an account number and pin. Your pin is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
I got excellent service, so I purchased a 3 month plan that I am still using right now. However, the Mint Team has been unable to transfer my number from AT&T, where my old number is. After entering my account number and passcode, they cannot process it. The mobile app says to check the login again, and to make sure the information is correct.
